Payment is taken via Paypal or Kofi upfront.

Refunds before first sketch or due to me, Stella, cancelling the commission for any reason are given in full. Otherwise, refunds will be made as a 50% return.

All communication regarding commissions should be kept private unless permitted.

I reserve the right to use any art made in my personal portfolio for future commission examples unless discussed upfront.

I will not hold rights to your character/any character used. Canon properties belong to their respective owners.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, and to cancel it at any point with the appropriate refund.

The commissioner may not attempt to claim the art as their own, or resell the art commissioned. If commissioning for commercial use, this should be discussed upfront.

The commissioner may post commissioned art to social medias and media storage sites as long as credit is provided.

Upon violation of any of these rights, the commissioner loses client privilege, forfeits rights to personal use of the art, and will be blacklisted from commissioning in the future.

For design commissions or commissions with no reference, price is evaluated on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of the requested design.

For ref sheets, price can be roughly estimated as a combination of the set prices above. Also case by case dependent.
